What are you offering exactly ?
We offer real estate investments either on an individual level or on an equity basis. Individually, you buy the property directly and we have stipulated by contract to a notary, the obligation to deliver the property to you at the right time, with the materials we have agreed. That is, you take the property in your name, and we deliver the property finished.
Starting with you, what is my commitment?
There is no commitment. We make a phone call to understand that you are a remarkable investor. Then proposals are received, which we consider as interesting opportunities.
What kind of apartments will I receive?
You will receive apartments based on your preferences. All proposals will concern apartments either before the construction or before the renovation. Especially, in case you are interested in finished apartments, we will forward them to you.
How do you source the apartments?
The suggestions we send you are found through the network of brokers we work with, as well as from direct purchase proposals we have through our Site. Understand that these apartments stay on the market for a short time, only a few days.
At what stage will I buy the apartment?
You get a property in your name from before it is finished, i.e., before the reconstruction/renovation. We present how it will be done and you make the purchase in advance, knowing the price and what it will be like when it is given to you. Because you enter earlier and there is a use of your capital and a reduction of our own risk, we can offer a very significant discount, so that the final return on your investment increases. We sign a contract of obligations by which you know exactly the materials and the building works, while at the same time you are legally secured.
What kind of renovation are we talking about?
This is depending on the apartment and its needs. It can range from radical change, new plumbing and electrical networks to lighter renovations such as kitchen change and tiles. In any case, within the proposal you will know exactly what kind of renovation will be done, as well as the materials that will be used.
Who does the renovation ? Can you guarantee quality?
We do the renovation ourselves and that is why we can guarantee the quality. The guarantee is not verbal, but written, because we feel comfortable with the work we do and the materials we use.
Why should I trust you?
Because the purchase and renovation of the apartment is done in your name and signed notarially. In addition, there is the corporate guarantee, which almost no one gives to the market. With the corporate guarantee you are secured for any work done by us in the apartment you will buy.
Is the renovation included in the purchase price?
Yes. The house is delivered finished after the renovation. And the price we give includes renovation.
Can I do the property management on my own?
Yes, you can. The property is managed only to individuals, who do not want to do it either alone or with a cooperating broker.
